New Resources Available to Expand Legal Pathways through the H-2A Agricultural Worker Program

On Friday, Feb. 11, the White House announced new tools aimed at expanding labor pathways for nationals of the Northern Central American countries of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras through the H-2A Temporary Agricultural Worker program. This is a whole-of-government effort with all of the departments and agencies involved with the H-2A program. They are the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of State, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
USAID has provided the following information about how companies can work with the governments of the Northern Central American countries to recruit workers:

Honduras
El Salvador
Guatemala
