Wisconsin Updates its State Weed Seed Law

Waterhemp and Palmer Amaranth are now considered prohibited noxious weed seeds in Wisconsin, which means that the state seed law now prohibits the sale of agricultural seed containing seed from these prohibited noxious-weeds.
