NASS Opens NACS Survey Soon

The final phase of the multi-year National Agricultural Classification Survey (NACS) is just around the corner. New ag producers responding to the NACS will be added to the Ag Census mail list to make sure we are fully representing the dynamic ag industry. The NACS is a nationwide effort to identify potential agricultural operations across the United States. The survey codes mail out to potential ag operations in November 2026. Online response is easier than ever before at agcounts.usda.gov. Even if you do not think you are a farm, your response is mandatory so that the list is accurate.
