ASTA Submits Comments on Section 301 Investigations

In March, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) launched investigations on a wide range of countries using authorities under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, which could lead to the establishment of tariffs on a wide range of products (including planting seeds).
