USDA Publishes Revisions to Federal Seed Act

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service has formally published new rules to revise the regulations that implement the Federal Seed Act. This process, started over a year ago, includes industry input. In general, revisions were made to seed labeling, testing, and certification requirements.
