ASTA Evaluates Future Conferences in Wake of COVID-19

ASTA will be conducting member feedback sessions, along with an online survey, to gauge members’ thoughts and opinions on upcoming ASTA conferences currently scheduled for December 2020 in Chicago and January 2021 in Orlando.
In light of evolving phased re-openings in both locations, new safety protocols have been implemented at the conference host hotels – the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Omni Champions Gate in Orlando – and a new robust virtual conference platform being designed to maximize business networking, ASTA is seeking member input on upcoming business travel policies and the best value for their companies at these events.
Alongside these efforts, a full quantitative online survey will be distributed in mid-July for additional feedback; and any personal feedback is welcome at any time to Jennifer Crouse. Likewise, ASTA is seeking to expand its Meetings Committee to include new marketing and event representatives from member companies. Interested individuals can send a request to Jennifer Crouse.
