ASTA Continues Engagement on Tariffs

Over the past several weeks, ASTA has submitted multiple rounds of comments regarding USTR’s Section 301 investigations. Additionally, ASTA President & CEO Andy LaVigne testified twice to request tariff exemptions on planting seeds. Through these submissions and public testimony during hearings, ASTA continues to advocate for elimination of all tariffs on seed.
Tariff-free movement of seed is critical to the overall supply of seed to America’s farmers. ASTA’s comments can be viewed at the links below:
