On August 11,the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) published a proposed rule proposing changes to its user fees charged for certain Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection services. In September, APHIS hosted six webinars for stakeholders impacted by each fee. The recordings for each webinar are now available on the APHIS website.
