SARE-CTIC-ASTA Holds Cover Crop Webinar

The USDA-NIFA Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program, Conservation Technology Information Center (CTIC), and ASTA held a webinar to discuss the results of the 2026 national cover crop survey based on insights from over 600 farmers in 46 states. The 2026 report marks the ninth SARE/CTIC/ASTA National Cover Crop Survey. The survey series started in 2012, and data from past surveys has been used in academic research, educational programs, policy planning and even testimony to Congress.
