Navigating the Temporary Suspension of the OSHA “Vaccinate or Test” Mandate

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit recently issued a temporary order suspending the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s (OSHA) emergency temporary (ETS) “vaccinate-or-test” mandate.
