Can’t make it to ASTA’s Policy & Leadership Development Conference (PLDC) in D.C.? For the first time ever at a summer conference, ASTA will be hosting a live webinar session! Join us on Monday, June 11, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. EDT for a session entitled “Leading across Generations: Communicating with Influence.” The session is being hosted by the ASTA Management Skills/FuSE Committees and the American Society of Agronomy (ASA), Crop Science Society of Agronomy (CSSA), and Soil Science Society of America (SSSA).

Three speakers will explore the communication skills and opportunities that exist between multiple generations in the work place. Moderated by Jonathan Shaver, Envision Partners, the panel discussion will include: Wayne Gale, Stokes Seeds; Andrew Lauver, Drake University Law School student; and Elizabeth Stulberg, Alliance of Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science Societies (ACSESS). Both live and virtual attendees will be able to ask questions and interact during this can’t-miss session for anyone working in a multi-generational environment.
