It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne R. Underwood, Underwood Agribusiness Associates, Ltd., on March 11.
Wayne served as the International Marketing Director for ASTA from 1975-1980. In 1983, he founded Underwood Agribusiness Associates, Ltd (UAA, Ltd). UAA, Ltd. represented small to medium sized U.S. seed companies by finding international contacts, product testing, genetics placement, production contracts, royalty agreements, logistics, and international banking for almost 40 years.
