EPA Enforces Rule Barring Dicamba Products Sales

On February 14, EPA issued its Existing Stocks Order for Dicamba Products Previously Registered for Over-the-Top Use on Dicamba-Tolerant Cotton and Soybean. The order follows the February 6 order and judgement by the District of Arizona vacating the registrations for products from Bayer, BASF, and Syngenta. ASTA sent a letter to EPA following the judgement urging the agency to take action.
