Electronic Phytosanitary Certificates Accepted Through 2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Services will continue to accept electronic phytosanitary certificates through Dec. 31, 2020. Documentation can be shared via email or electronic imaging system. Scanned or original paper certificates will also be accepted. For more information, visit the APHIS bulletin.
