Dr. Chavonda Jacobs-Young Confirmed as USDA Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics (REE)

On June 7, Dr. Chavonda Jacobs-Young was confirmed as the Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics at USDA.
