  • On March 6, 2019

The UC Davis Bioinformatics Core is hosting a series of educational workshops at UC Davis and UCSF starting this month and running through September. These workshops are suitable for beginner data analysts and those with some level of experience. For more information, and to register, click here.

These popular workshops contain a rich collection of lectures and hands-on sessions, covering both theory and tools associated with command-line RNA-seq data analysis. Topics include experimental design, cost estimation, data generation, and analysis of RNA-Seq data generated on the Illumina sequencing platform. In addition, they will adress post differential expression analyses, such as gene set enrichment analysis, Gene Ontology/Pathway analysis, and generation of relevant figures and tables.
