U.S. House Reaches Deal to Extend Government Funding

The U.S. House of Representatives has reached a deal on a short-term funding bill that would prevent a government shutdown ahead of the December 3 deadline. The bill must make it through the Rules Committee before receiving a vote in the House and the Senate respectively. The proposed legislation would fund the government at current levels until February 18, 2022. The bill text can be found here.
