ASTA Welcomes New Meetings Coordinator

ASTA is pleased to announce the hiring of Aida Spalding as the association’s new Coordinator, Meetings. In this role, Spalding will support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events.  

Spalding received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from Radford University. With over 25 years of expertise, she is a proven leader in event management, strategic planning, marketing, and project execution. Her experience spans government contracting, virtual and in-person events, program coordination, and client relationship management. Recognized for excellence, Spalding has earned multiple awards for outstanding client service and event innovation.

Aida started with the ASTA team on December 2 and can be reached at aspalding@betterseed.org. She will be at ASTA’s 2025 Field Crop Seed Convention, so be sure to look for her in Orlando to introduce yourself!
