Ag Tech Innovations Move Prominently into Seed Expo 2019

New agricultural technology has moved in with full force to this year’s Seed Expo 2019, the trade show component of ASTA’s CSS & Seed Expo in Chicago December 9-12. This year’s Expo will feature a variety of brand-new exhibitors and presentations in ag innovation.

In response to increasing member requests for technology innovation education, as well as a surge in new technology exhibitors, ASTA has created the new Ag Tech Innovations Showcase that will offer quick, TED-talk style presentations from a variety of companies offering game-changing innovation for the seed industry. The list of showcase presenters has been finalized and the trade show will feature the largest collection of new exhibitors ever seen at the Seed Expo. Companies ranging from software and drone providers, such as Progeny Drone, Growers.ag and Sony Electronics, will be present on the show floor in a wave of new exhibits that mirrors the wave of new technology capabilities for the industry at large.

Likewise, ASTA will offer new technology to conference participants, including an app that will allow mobile-based 1-to-1 appointment setting with other attendees, in addition to a new online registration system.
