SIPA to Host Education Unit, December 9 in Chicago

The Seed Innovation & Protection Alliance (SIPA) will hold an education unit on December 9, 2019 during ASTA’s CSS & Seed Expo in Chicago. Scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT, the unit will feature a panel discussion on updating IP, patents, PVPs and branding cases and law that impact the seed industry. The panelists are: Dan Knauss, Cooley LLP; Alice O. Martin, Barnes & Thornburg LLP; and James J. Saul, Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.
