USDA Opens Funding Opportunity for Seed Research 

The Department of Agriculture (USDA) opened notice of funding opportunities (NOFO) for a seed-related initiative.  

The USDA’s Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative (AG2PI), which focuses on collaborative science that builds a community of researchers across both crops and animals to expand the genomes and phenomes knowledge base in the United States, has open research projects. Interested parties can submit applications until June 29 and can learn more here.
