Researchers at USDA’s Agricultural Research Service (ARS) have released a new spring wheat germplasm line with resistance to Fusarium head blight. This new germplasm looks to reduce the economic impact of fusarium related losses, which have been estimated at $2.7 billion between 1998 and 2000.
