Dr. Donna Lalli, Deputy Administrator, USDA Biotechnology and Regulatory Services (BRS), is a headline speaker during the Innovation & Policy Session at ASTA’s 65th Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference in San Diego, CA.
As Deputy Administrator of USDA BRS, Dr. Lalli plays a key role in overseeing regulatory approaches for plant breeding innovation. She will join leaders from the EPA’s Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention Division (BPPD) and the seed industry to examine the evolving regulatory landscape.
