ASTA Collects Comments on Seed Trade Priorities

In late September, USTR published two public federal register notices related to U.S. trade policy: 1) the 2026 review of U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which governs seed trade in North America; and 2) the 2026 National Trade Estimate (NTE), which summarizes barriers to U.S. exports in global markets. ASTA is compiling feedback on both of these announcements. Please send comments to ASTA’s Sam Crowell by October 24.
