Access the Most Up-to-Date Resource for Noxious Weed Seed Listings

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service recently updated the list of state noxious-weed seed requirements recognized in the administration of the Federal Seed Act. The list shows the common names appearing in State seed laws, noting any changes.  Previously, the list was updated annually, and AMS now plans to make updates on a more regular basis.  It is the best place for researching state and federal noxious weed seed requirements.
