ASTA Congratulates Fordyce, Hoskins, Hutchins on Under Secretary Confirmations

Alexandria, VA—September 18, 2025 — The American Seed Trade Association (ASTA) issued the following statement after the U.S. Senate confirmed several U.S. Department of Agriculture Undersecretaries. Richard Fordyce was confirmed as Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation, Dudley Hoskins was confirmed as Under Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs, and Dr. Scott Hutchins was confirmed as Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics.
