ASTA Urges Congress to Address Ongoing Shipping Challenges

ASTA recently joined a coalition of organizations raising concerns over growing rail storage demurrage fees facing the shipping container industry. In a May 2 letter the groups called on Congress to clarify regulatory issues that would support more transparent implementation of the Ocean Shipping Reform Act (OSRA).
