Welcome and Happy Hour* (Barrel – 631 Pennsylvania Avenue SE)\n*Participants will pick up their materials for Capitol Hill visits here* \nWednesday\, April 3\nBreakfast on your own\n9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Capitol Hill visits\n5:00 p.m. – Depart D.C.*\n*If at all possible\, we would ask that you do not make plans to leave D.C. before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening.  \nWe will hold two issues briefing and advocacy introduction webinars for participants at the end of March.
