SUMMARY:Seed Innovation Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Agro Innovation Lab\, the innovation platform of the Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG (RWA)\, has launched a new program called “Seed Innovation Challenge\,” the goal of which is to promote innovative solutions in the field of seed production. \nSeed Innovation Challenge: \nAgro Innovation Lab is looking for all innovations that revolutionize the field of seed production. This also includes innovations that are not exclusively intended for seed production\, such as solutions for yield estimation and individual plant recognition. By participating in the programme\, start-ups\, innovative small or medium-sized enterprises\, or spin-offs can draw attention to their seed innovation and enjoy countless potential benefits ranging from follow-up projects to a faster route to market opened up by international seed producers. All made possible by an ecosystem that has been specially created to support the Seed Innovation Challenge! \nThey are looking for solutions in the areas of:\nBreeding\nPortfolio management\nField production/seed multiplication\nSeed processing\nDistribution/Logistics\nQuality management/laboratory\n \nExcluded: Active ingredients and genetic engineering. \nSelected applicants would be invited to attend the Seed Innovation Days on November 16-17\, 2023 in Korneuburg/Vienna (Austria)\, where finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their solution to a wide audience. \nMore information about the Challenge can be found here.
